@ashb since you looked at #73920 yesterday (same InnoDB behaviour with the implicit FK index, there on `dag_run`), would you mind approving the workflows here so the MySQL migration jobs run? This adds two composite indexes on `asset_partition_dag_run`: upgrade is a plain `CREATE INDEX` on every backend, the FK drop/recreate is downgrade-only as in migration 0122. Round-tripped locally (migrate → downgrade → migrate) on SQLite, Postgres 16, MySQL 8.0 and 8.4.
