Closing this. #68700 is open for #68382 and in review, where the request was to split the change per area because the code owners differ; this is a single change across core, the API, the CLI and the Task SDK. The description says reading existing rows with out-of-range ports won't fail, but the new `@port.validator` on the Task SDK `Connection` runs on construction, and the worker builds a `Connection` from every API result (`execution_time/context.py`), so a task using such a connection would fail at runtime. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
