Moved this fix to its own PR, #74074: making `dag.test()`'s in-process
supervisor safe to call from several threads applies to any task that calls the
SDK from its own threads, and it touches the execution API and
`models.Variable`/`Connection`, so it's easier to review on its own. Here, the
two tests that iterate sync items concurrently under `dag_maker` are marked
strict xfail on #74074 until it lands.
