**Description**
This change adds support for filtering Deadline Alerts by name in the `GET
/dags/{dag_id}/deadlineAlerts` endpoint.
The implementation uses the existing `FilterParam` infrastructure, allowing
clients to retrieve a specific Deadline Alert by its configured name while
remaining consistent with filtering behaviour across the rest of the FastAPI
API.
**Rationale**
As the number of Deadline Alerts defined on a DAG grows, retrieving the full
list makes it more difficult for clients to locate a specific alert.
Adding server-side name filtering provides a simple way to retrieve the
relevant Deadline Alert without requiring clients to fetch and filter the
entire collection themselves. It also aligns this endpoint with the filtering
capabilities available across other Airflow API endpoints.
**Tests**
Added API tests verifying that:
- Filtering by name returns only the matching Deadline Alert.
- Filtering by an unknown name returns an empty result.
- Name filtering composes correctly with `version_number` filtering.
**Backwards Compatibility**
This change is fully backwards compatible. Requests that do not specify the
`name` query parameter continue to return all Deadline Alerts for the requested
DAG.
