Scheduled and manually dispatched main AMD canaries currently wait for dependency explanations that perform a full resolver run for each outdated package. Keep the quick dependency summary in the canary and run detailed explanations in a separate workflow after completion, using the original revision, CI image, and saved constraints. Skip redundant resolution when the unconstrained baseline already reaches the latest version. Validate the source workflow and artifact provenance, limit report concurrency to three jobs, preserve partial output, and support manual reruns while the original artifacts remain available. Validation: 15 focused dependency-check tests passed; fast and manual prek checks passed, including workflow lint and security checks; mocked workflow-planning cases passed. The full Breeze unit suite had 1,273 passes and one temporary Git initialization failure; all 23 tests in that test module passed on rerun with a fresh temporary directory. All seven integration tests were skipped because SVN is unavailable in the local container.
