Review Comment:
   This only works when the handler JARs have their own bundle. If 
task_handler_bundle_name is unset, the JAR sits next to the Python Dags and * 
would hide those too, so that case needs *.jar. Also * isn't a
   valid regex, so with dag_ignore_file_syntax = regexp the rule gets dropped 
and the JARs are still parsed. Can the docs show both cases and both syntaxes?
