The Runs tab already lets you filter by Logical Date, but the table had no
Logical Date column and no way to show one. This adds a `logical_date` column
to the Dag Runs table.
- Hidden by default; enable it from the table's column-visibility menu.
- Sortable (the API already allows `order_by=logical_date`).
- Renders empty for runs without a logical date
