Hi ColtenOuO, circling back on this one. Your review feedback is addressed in the current revision: the serializer version is bumped to 3 with the read side gated so v1 and v2 payloads keep the legacy OS-local interpretation, the duplicated comment blocks are consolidated, the overlong line is fixed, and there are now tests covering the naive datetime round trip across OS timezones plus the v2 versus v3 read behavior.
