Run the XCom column prek hook on Python 3.11 or newer (#74405)
The hook was added with requires-python >=3.10 while the other prek scripts
moved to >=3.11. When prek picks a Python 3.10 interpreter for it, ast.parse
rejects the 3.11-only star-unpacking subscripts on main (for example
Result[*tuple[...]]) and the hook fails on files that do not touch XCom.
