A Dag whose tasks are all dynamically mapped was listed with owner `airflow`, whatever owner was set through `default_args` or `.partial(owner=...)`. `LazyDeserializedDAG.owner` feeds `DagModel.owners` in the Dag processor. It read only the top-level `owner` key of each serialized task. A mapped operator stores its owner under `partial_kwargs`, so its owner was dropped and `DagModel.owners` fell back to `[operators] default_owner`. In Dags that mix mapped and unmapped tasks, the mapped owners were dropped silently.
