The 3.4.0 beta fast-forward phase is over, so `v3-4-test` now diverges from `main` and takes changes only by cherry-picking. This re-enables the backport automation that was paused for the betas in #74327: - Uncomment the `backport-to-v3-4-test` auto-label rule in `.github/boring-cyborg.yml`. - Empty `BACKPORT_PAUSED_BRANCHES` in `.github/workflows/automatic-backport.yml` so automatic backports to `v3-4-test` run again. Dependabot and the scheduled upgrade check are deliberately left paused through the RC phase to avoid dependency and CI churn on the release branch; the release docs (`dev/README_RELEASE_AIRFLOW.md`) are updated to document this split.
