The [params docs](https://airflow.apache.org/docs/apache-airflow/stable/core-concepts/params.html#use-params-to-provide-a-trigger-ui-form) and the `example_params_ui_tutorial` example Dag use today's date as a `Param` default. That value changes every day, so the Dag serializes differently and gets a new Dag version daily, the pattern the Dag version inflation FAQ warns against (`check_dag_file_stability` flags this example Dag today). This switches both to a fixed date. closes: #56319 -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
