Manual backport of #75058 to `airflow-ctl/v0-1-test`; the automated backport failed with a conflict. (cherry picked from commit 2be399f1418bd20cf3b72d3036e33897633df2aa) The conflict was only in the generated `docs/images/command_hashes.txt`. I kept the branch's hashes and regenerated the hashes and the `auth` / `auth login` help SVGs with the `generate-airflowctl-help-images` prek hook, so they match this branch's CLI.
