URL: https://github.com/apache/airflow/pull/75206

Remove 49 obsolete `# type: ignore` comments from the Task SDK and narrow 17
suppressions that are still required to the actual mypy error codes. This
keeps
mypy's unused-ignore signal useful without masking unrelated type errors, and
   leaves runtime behavior unchanged.

   ## Verification

   - `SHOW_UNUSED_MYPY_WARNINGS=true prek run mypy-task-sdk --all-files`
   - `prek run mypy-task-sdk --all-files`
   - `prek run --from-ref upstream/main --stage pre-commit`
   - `prek run --from-ref upstream/main --stage manual --skip
compile-ui-assets-dev --skip view-skill-eval --skip run-skill-eval-codex`
   - `breeze testing task-sdk-tests` — 4156 passed, 6 skipped
