Prepare the October 20 provider wave for release-note review, with 28 provider version bumps, generated package metadata and documentation, and the matching workspace lockfile. Anthropic has documentation-only changes; Apache Hive and SFTP have test-only changes and are not bumped. Upgrade guidance covers Google job cancellation, Azure durable execution, Edge priority scheduling, and the Amazon, Snowflake, common.io and Vespa compatibility changes. Seven consumers now require common.compat 1.23.0 for the shared ResumableJobMixin fallback. Provider metadata validation passed for all 28 providers in separate batches; Google used the locked OpenTelemetry API/SDK 1.45.1 and semantic-conventions 0.66b1 because the CI image carried older versions. The full CI-selected test and documentation suites remain pending. Local manual checks: the provider-wide mypy process was killed with exit 137 in the 1.9 GiB Docker VM.
