Remove stale mypy ignores from the standard provider tests. Ten suppressions no longer suppressed any error; eight were narrowed to the code that is actually needed. This is comment-only and does not change behavior. Validation: - `prek run --from-ref upstream/main --stage pre-commit` passed. - `prek run --from-ref upstream/main --stage manual ...` passed. - `prek run --stage pre-push mypy-providers --files ...` passed.
