### Why - #69866 made `run_openlineage_e2e_compat_tests` fall back to `_should_be_run(...)`, which returns `True` whenever `full_tests_needed` is `True`. So every PR run where selective checks derive full tests also runs the five OpenLineage e2e compat jobs. Selective checks derive full tests from environment files, the generated API spec, the git and standard providers, test helpers that cannot be narrowed to their importers, and the root `pyproject.toml`. ### How - `run_openlineage_e2e_compat_tests` keeps the canary and label checks.
