`catchup`, `is_paused_upon_creation` and `disable_bundle_versioning` had no
type validation on the Task SDK `DAG`, so a value like `catchup="false"` was
accepted at authoring time and only failed when the Dag processor validated the
serialized Dag against the JSON schema:
jsonschema.exceptions.ValidationError: 'false' is not of type 'boolean'
That traceback points at `serialized_objects.py` rather than the Dag file,
every other Dag in the same file is dropped, and `airflow dags test` of an
unrelated valid Dag in the same folder exits 1.
This PR adds the same `attrs.validators.instance_of` check the class already
uses for `max_active_runs`, `max_active_tasks`, `dagrun_timeout` and others, so
the mistake raises a `TypeError` at the line that creates the Dag.
