I think this should cover the new default instead:
`get_fastapi_middlewares()` returning `[]` isn't changed by this PR. Something
like asserting `get_jwt_refresh_middleware()` returns `[(JWTRefreshMiddleware,
{"skip_path_prefixes": ("/static/",)})]`.
