Fix a bunch of various UI bugs. - console errors due to duplicate gantt chart keys - We missed the Dag Warning banner when cleaning up other banners. It is now merged into the dag import error to show errors and warnings together - Fixed console log error where FilterPill was nesting buttons - Added back a margin between filters and the dag card list that was lost when we get rid of the isFetching loader - Dag runs in a Dag Card were occasionally aligned to the top of the card, breaking the bar chart - Removed spinner on Dag Card for pending runs.
