Backport of #75421 to `v3-4-test`, picked by hand from 40b5d3647df. `v3-4-test` got the signal-aware `Context` through #75386, so it hangs the K8S Lang-SDK test the same way `main` did. One adaptation, because `v3-4-test` and `main` differ here: #75439 rewrote the "Stopping when Airflow asks" section of `java.rst`, so this removes the section in that rewritten form rather than the one the original revert deletes. #75439 kept the section on the grounds that the revert was not backported, which no longer holds. All other 12 files apply unchanged, and every file the revert touches now matches `main` byte for byte.
