It seems that a notification can be send using either AsyncCallback or SyncCallback as a wrapper for the Notifier as documented in the [deadline alerts page](https://airflow.apache.org/docs/apache-airflow/stable/howto/deadline-alerts.html): ```python deadline = DeadlineAlert( reference=DeadlineReference.DAGRUN_QUEUED_AT, interval=timedelta(minutes=1), callback=SyncCallback( SmtpNotifier, kwargs={ "from_email": "[email protected]", "to": "[email protected]", "subject": "Deadline exceeded", "html_content": "Test", }, ), ) ``` However, in both cases #75461 occurs and not notification is send. Still, the [docs](https://airflow.apache.org/docs/apache-airflow/stable/core-concepts/dags.html#deadline-alerts) should provide a correct example or link only to the [deadline alerts documentation](https://airflow.apache.org/docs/apache-airflow/stable/howto/deadline-alerts.html). -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
