sphinx-argparse makes every sub-command and its argument groups a section, so the right-hand contents on the CLI reference pages listed about 290 entries, mostly repeated Named Arguments, Positional Arguments and Sub-commands. A :tocdepth: of 4 stops the contents at the top-level commands; the full reference stays on the page. The field goes above the license header, and an empty comment ends it, because the indented license would otherwise be read as part of the field's value.
