GitHub user potiuk closed the discussion with a comment: Request: reduce the
amount of time used on Apache shared runners

While I understand the motivation, I think automated scripts nudging people is
a bad idea in general. Especially when they closed the issue explaining "we are
working on it". And asking them to be patient and wait for it.

* the least harm it does - it disturbs people doing the job
* the most - it makes others angry, especially when you spent a lot of time to
convince them that it's good thing to help others, and those others are
spamming you with automated scripts to return the favour.

We did not ask for this information nor those scripts. It's a long time ago
that I contributed far more comprehensive scripts for infra tooling here:
https://github.com/apache/infrastructure-actions/blob/main/utils/actions-queue-status.py.
-> I know the state of the queue - I knew it weeks ago and started working on
resolving it. And I asked @alamb for patience.

Automated script that tells me what I already know in an attempt to make me
feel guilty (+even there is zero fault of anyone here) is simply a very bad
understanding of how human mind works and blind believe that automating such
tools and spamming others solves any problem.

No. Looking at your own problems and attempting to solve them works. Way
better.

I have not yet seen any work from @alamb on improving their workflows based on
my findings and analysis. I am still waiting.
