Task serialization compares timedelta objects with defaults stored as seconds, so matching `retry_delay` and `execution_timeout` values are unnecessarily repeated in each task. Normalize timedelta values before comparing them with client and schema defaults. Preserve explicit overrides from Dag defaults, operator constructor arguments, and mapped task `partial_kwargs`, including numeric retry delays and `retries=0` when the client default differs. Add round-trip coverage for ordinary and mapped tasks, and update existing serialization expectations to omit redundant retry delays. ### Upgrade impact Removing these fields changes serialized Dag hashes for affected Dags, including those using the standard retry delay.
