[v3-4-test] Fix Go SDK install command breaking the first bundle build
(#75574) (#75594)
The module root holds no Go package, so `go get` on it records no
go.sum entries for the dependencies of the `airflow` package that the
guide's main.go imports. The first `go build` or `airflow-go-pack` run
then fails with "missing go.sum entry", and neither the guide nor the
README says how to recover.
