`SegmentTrackEventOperator` fails on every run with `AttributeError:
'SegmentHook' object has no attribute 'track'`.
`SegmentHook` does not define `track`; it exposes the Segment `analytics`
module through `get_conn()`, which configures the write key, debug mode and
error callback and returns the module. The operator called `hook.track(...)`
directly. This went unnoticed because the operator test patched `SegmentHook`
with a plain `MagicMock` (which accepts any attribute) and the call carried a
`# type: ignore`, so mypy did not flag it either.
The operator now calls `hook.get_conn().track(...)`
(`segment.analytics.track` accepts `user_id`, `event` and `properties`), and
the `# type: ignore` is no longer needed.
Testing:
- The existing `test_execute` asserted the broken call, so it now patches
`SegmentHook` with `autospec=True` and asserts `track` is called on the object
returned by `get_conn()`. With `autospec`, the test fails on `main` with
`AttributeError: Mock object has no attribute 'track'` and passes with this
change.
- `pytest providers/segment/tests` passes (5 tests), run in a Linux
(python:3.11) container.
- `prek run --from-ref main` for the `pre-commit` and `manual` stages
passes, run with `SKIP_BREEZE_PREK_HOOKS=1` because breeze is not available in
my environment. Because of that, I ran mypy (2.4.0, repository config) directly
on the changed files: no errors, including on the call that used to carry the
`type: ignore`.
