A full-tests run on fork CI ([this run](https://github.com/higrys/airflow/actions/runs/40397235907) in `higrys/airflow`, triggered by a `pyproject.toml` change) failed 18 jobs that pass in `apache/airflow`'s own canary. On fork CI the PROD image is built and loaded as `ghcr.io/<fork owner>/airflow/...`, and the checkout's `origin` is the fork; these jobs still assumed `apache/airflow`: - **Kubernetes tests and the Kustomize overlay smoke tests**: the `breeze k8s` commands built their image names with `BuildProdParams(python=...)`, i.e. always `ghcr.io/apache/airflow/...`, so `build-k8s-image` failed with "The base PROD image ghcr.io/apache/airflow/main/prod/python3.11 does not exist locally". `build-k8s-image`, `upload-k8s-image`, `deploy-airflow`, `deploy-cluster`, `dev`, `run-complete-tests` and `setup-lang-sdk-test` now take `--github-repository` (from `GITHUB_REPOSITORY`, as the image and testing commands already do) and use it for the base and Kubernetes image names. - **PROD image E2E tests** (remote logging, Elasticsearch, OpenSearch, XCom object storage, event driven, Go SDK): Docker Compose skipped pulling only `ghcr.io/apache/airflow/` images, so in a fork it pulled `ghcr.io/<owner>/airflow/...:latest` from the registry over the image the run had just built. The API server then failed with `NoSuchModuleError: Can't load plugin: sqlalchemy.dialects:postgresql.psycopg`, although the image the run built has psycopg 3.3.6 and SQLAlchemy 2.0.54, so the registry copy is presumably an older image. Compose now pulls only an image that is not already present locally. - **Release Helm**: `git fetch --tags` fetched from the fork, which only has the tags that existed when it was created, so `helm-chart/1.15.0...helm-chart/1.16.0` did not resolve. The tags are now fetched from `apache/airflow`. While passing the new argument through, two existing bugs in the parallel paths are fixed as well: `build-k8s-image --run-in-parallel` passed `"copy local sources"` (with spaces) as a keyword argument, and `run-complete-tests --run-in-parallel` did not pass the required `include_success_outputs`. In `apache/airflow` nothing changes: `GITHUB_REPOSITORY` is `apache/airflow` there, and fetching the tags from it is what `origin` already gave. --- ##### Was generative AI tooling used to co-author this PR? - [X] Yes — Claude Code (Opus 5) Generated-by: Claude Code (Opus 5) following [the guidelines](https://github.com/apache/airflow/blob/main/contributing-docs/05_pull_requests.rst#gen-ai-assisted-contributions) 🤖 Generated with [Claude Code](https://claude.com/claude-code) -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
