@Lee-W, I would like your opinion on this change. It replaces `## Terminology Reference` with `## Translation Workflow`, which sets the order for choosing a word: what the string denotes, where it is used (the rendering component, the commit that added the key to `en/`, keys composed at runtime), the existing zh-TW wording, the English source, then other locales as a cross-check. Does this read as a real improvement over the old section, or is it restating what translators already do?
