Correction to the issue description: the **Task Instances list has the same
problem** in 3.3.1. My statement that it already avoids this was wrong.
- `pages/TaskInstances/TaskInstances.tsx` renders `<ClearTaskInstanceButton
taskInstance={row.original} />` without `onOpen`, so each row takes the
internal-dialog branch.
- `ClearTaskInstanceButton` then always mounts `ClearTaskInstanceDialog` (or
`ClearGroupTaskInstanceDialog` / the all-mapped variant), regardless of `open`.
- `ClearTaskInstanceDialog` calls `useDagServiceGetDagDetails({ dagId })`
without `enabled: open` and also `useAutoRefresh({ dagId })`.
So opening a Task Instances list that spans many Dags also sends one
`/details` request per distinct Dag. The same fix applies: mount the dialogs
only while open, or gate the queries on `open`. Our local workaround now
patches both `ClearRunButton` and `ClearTaskInstanceButton`.
