`airflow.utils.email` is deprecated in favor of the SMTP provider (#75414). The SendGrid emailer only uses `get_email_address_list` from it, so it now has its own private copy of that function. Behavior stays the same, and the SendGrid provider does not need the SMTP provider. This is the same change as the one already merged for the Amazon SES hook (#75711). **Testing:** the SendGrid emailer tests pass.
