The proxy URL builder already selects architectures directly from os.uname().machine. Full-suite results use combined deletion commit `5a27d8338d` (base `ead86184fb5d`). The patch is unchanged after rebasing onto `8b5306690a`; fast/manual checks passed again after rebase. Validation: individual fast/manual static checks passed. The provider database suites passed (4,431 tests). The full provider non-database suite had 27,548 passes and one Glue Pandas display-format failure; that same failure reproduces in isolation on unchanged `ead86184fb5d`.
