Remove the unused HITL browser-scenario call tree and its exclusive API context/locators (353 net test-support lines). Current API setup, table/navigation checks and review-drawer tests remain. Validation: Fast/manual checks passed. Main UI: 2188 tests; simple-auth UI: 1 test. Playwright collection is unchanged at 270 tests.
