URL: https://github.com/apache/airflow/pull/75903
After someone answers a Required Action, the task instance's **Required
Actions** tab and the review drawer only say "Response received at <time> from
<user>". The option buttons stay on screen, all disabled and dimmed, and only
the styling of the chosen one tells **Approve** from **Reject**. Someone
opening an approval request that was already answered can't tell at a glance
whether it was approved or rejected.
The Required Actions list already labels each request with its state
("Approval Received", "Rejection Received", ...). The response form now shows
that same badge next to the "Response received" line, so both detail views say
what was decided. It reuses `getHITLState` and its existing translations; no
new i18n keys.
