Rebased onto current `main` (attempt archiving: TIH is gone) and moved the DISTINCT lookup into `DagRun.dag_versions` itself, so `clear_dag_run` / `clear_dag_runs` / `trigger_dag_run` / `materialize_asset` get it without a per-route helper.
