With `[state_store] clear_on_success = True` and a custom `[workers]
state_store_backend`, a task that had already finished its work could be
reported as failed.
The worker deleted the backend's entries while the success was still being
assembled, before the terminal state was reported. The backend is remote
storage, so that delete is as likely to fail as any other network call, and the
exception escaped into the generic failure handler: the task was marked FAILED,
`on_failure_callback` fired, and downstream tasks saw a failure for work that
had already succeeded.
The cleanup now runs after the success has been reported to the supervisor,
and a failure there is logged rather than raised. Only the custom backend path
is affected. Without a custom backend nothing changes, since the server does
that cleanup as part of `SucceedTask`.

* For fundamental code changes, an Airflow Improvement Proposal
([AIP](https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/AIRFLOW/Airflow+Improvement+Proposals))
is needed.
* When adding dependency, check compliance with the [ASF 3rd Party License

* For significant user-facing changes create newsfragment:
`{pr_number}.significant.rst`, in
[airflow-core/newsfragments](https://github.com/apache/airflow/tree/main/airflow-core/newsfragments).
You can add this file in a follow-up commit after the PR is created so you
know the PR number.
