Tested my AIP-85 Dag Importer changes on 3.4.0rc1 / task-sdk 1.4.0rc1: #72369, #73728, #73853, #74020, #74333, #73727, #72474, plus #73118 (identity-only discovery / byte-importing), which the rewire depends on. Works as expected overall, did not find any major issue. Thanks! Minor issue: 1. An unreadable Dag file crashes its parse process in `check_dag_file_stability` (catches no PermissionError), so it gives log noise instead of an import error.
