Removes `TimeDeltaSensorAsync` from the standard provider. It has been deprecated since May 2025 (#51133). Use `TimeDeltaSensor(..., deferrable=True)` instead. This also drops the matching entry from the deprecated `airflow.sensors` re-export map in core, which would otherwise point at a class that no longer exists. The deferrable sensor tests now use `TimeDeltaSensor(deferrable=True)`. One test duplicated the module-level `test_timedelta_sensor_deferrable_run_after_vs_interval` and was removed.
