Reproduced on 3.4.0rc2 and on main (2026-11-01) with a local git repo as a
GitDagBundle and a Dag with one `@task`:

   | Step | Call | Result |
   | --- | --- | --- |
   | commit A, parsed | `POST /dags/{dag_id}/dagRuns` with `bundle_version` A |
200, run succeeded |
   | commit B (task body only), parsed | `POST` with `bundle_version` A | 404
"does not have a version for bundle_version A" |
   | | `GET` the run from A | `bundle_version` A,
`dag_versions[0].bundle_version` B |
   | commit C (adds a task), parsed | `POST` with `bundle_version` B (control)
| 200 |
   | | `GET` the run from A | `bundle_version` A,
`dag_versions[0].bundle_version` B |

The dag-run, task-instance and grid responses read the commit from the Dag
version row, which `SerializedDagModel.write_dag` refreshes in place when only
the code changed, while the run stays pinned to its own commit in
`DagRun.bundle_version`.

Fix for the reported commit and source link in #76259. The 404 when
triggering at a commit that was refreshed away is left as is there; #76041
covers that side.
