The Mapped tasks section of state store documentation describes each map
index as having its own state store namespace, which reads as a guarantee about
identity. It is positional. After a re-expansion over a changed upstream list,
index `N` names a different item, and any state kept across the clear is served
to the wrong one. In the external-job pattern that means reconnecting to a job
submitted for a different item, with the task still reporting success.
Mostly unreachable today: clearing a task instance discards its state by
default since #72100. What remains is `keep_task_state`, and the clear paths
that still keep state unconditionally. The warning scopes itself to those two
and points at #72929 for the second.
It also joins two statements that were never linked: per-index namespacing
here, and "the order of expansion is not guaranteed" in
`dynamic-task-mapping.rst`.
Docs only. No behaviour change, no newsfragment.

* For fundamental code changes, an Airflow Improvement Proposal
([AIP](https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/AIRFLOW/Airflow+Improvement+Proposals))
is needed.

* For significant user-facing changes create newsfragment:
`{pr_number}.significant.rst`, in
[airflow-core/newsfragments](https://github.com/apache/airflow/tree/main/airflow-core/newsfragments).
You can add this file in a follow-up commit after the PR is created so you
know the PR number.
