I checked that reloads only apply to `_CMD`/`_SECRET` sources with literal values unchanged, that failed or blank reads keep the last accepted list, that the database sync succeeds before the runtime list changes, that `--bundle-name` processors never deactivate globally, that `sensitive: true` (required for `_cmd`/`_secret`) is reflected in the security model, and that parse processes get importer settings and team ownership passed in rather than re-reading the source.
