Add an ADR for mapped tasks across language SDKs Record where mapped-task behaviour lives once an SDK is not Python: the scheduler keeps expansion, the server picks each map index's element, and an SDK stays a DSL plus a thin runtime. Without that written down, every SDK would re-implement the scheduler's half in its own language. Documentation only, no behaviour change.
