Loops, the tasks inside them and the task groups around them could not be picked in the Grid multi-selection (#75221, #75856). A looped task's cell sums up every pass while its link opens only the newest one, so it was unclear what a bulk action on it should touch. The bulk actions now address each pass on its own: the Clear dialog switches to its loop mode (exact task instance ids, plus the "Later iterations" option) and Mark as / Delete send each pass's region. So a loop cell can now stand for every pass it covers, the same way a mapped task's cell stands for all its mapped task instances and a group's cell for everything inside it. The bulk endpoint reports a task instance that has a region (a loop pass, or a mapped task instance) by its id rather than by `dag_id.run_id.task_id[map_index]`. The action bar now maps those ids back to the selected cells, so they are deselected once Mark as or Delete updates them. Before this, a mapped task's cell also stayed selected after Mark as.
