URL: https://github.com/apache/airflow/pull/76238

The Dag list forgets the filters you had as soon as you navigate away and
come back, so the same view has to be rebuilt every time. Saved preset filters
are not a substitute for that: they change where the list always starts,
instead of remembering the context you were in.

This stores the filter-bar-owned query params in page-scoped local storage
and restores them when the list is landed on without a query. Precedence is: an
explicit link wins, then a pinned default preset, then the remembered filters.
Search text, sort, pagination and other params are not remembered, and removing
a filter (or Reset) forgets it.

   closes: #76235
