Backport of #75678 ("Add OpenLineage system tests for the emission policy")
to `v3-4-test`.
**Why:** v3-4-test carries the pre-#75678 OpenLineage emission-policy e2e
tests, so its `expected_events/*.json` are stale relative to the suite on
`main`. This surfaces as the `openlineage_policy_hook_lineage_dag` →
`check_events` task failing in the "OpenLineage e2e tests with PROD image" job
on full-test PRs (e.g. #76431), unrelated to those PRs' changes. This backport
realigns the emission-policy system tests and their expected events.
**Scope:** test-only (0 source files) — OpenLineage system-test DAGs, their
`expected_events/*.json`, the test `operator.py`, and
`airflow-e2e-tests/docker/openlineage.yml`.
**Conflict resolved:**
`providers/openlineage/tests/system/openlineage/operator.py` — taken from
#75678 (the auto-merged surrounding code already references its new
`_validated_key` / `events_by_key` / run-id-integrity helpers, so the file must
match #75678). Verified identical to the merged commit.
Let CI (the OpenLineage e2e job) confirm whether this fully realigns
v3-4-test, or whether a companion provider-behavior backport is also needed.
