Backport of #76013 to `v3-4-test`. Select filter pills stay open after a selection in Safari, and the same behaviour fails the WebKit UI e2e test `dags-list.spec.ts:137` (`should filter Dags by run state`) intermittently. That test is failing on #76219, so this should unblock it. The cherry-pick has no conflicts and its code matches the commit on `main`. Checks run locally on the current `v3-4-test` tip with this commit applied: - `tsc --noEmit -p tsconfig.app.json`: no errors. - `vitest run src/components/FilterBar`: 55 passed. - `eslint` on the changed filters and `DagsPage.ts`: no errors.
