The Dag calendar only showed planned runs when the selected period contained
at least one actual Dag run. Planned runs were projected from the last run
inside the viewed range and stopped at the end of that run's year. Viewing a
future year, for example 2027 when the last run is in 2026, therefore returned
nothing even though the Dag has runs planned in that year.
Planned runs are now projected from the Dag's latest run regardless of the
viewed range, and stop at the end of the viewed range.
