Replaces the Dependabot UI bump for `v3-4-test`, keeping its commit and adding the two fixes it needs to pass CI. - **Dependency review:** `happy-dom` 20.14.6 is flagged by GHSA-834v-8h66-3h79 and GHSA-c8p4-j97h-3vg8 (both high). Both are only clear from 21.0.4, and Dependabot ignores majors on this branch, so it cannot get there on its own. `happy-dom` is a test-only dependency and `main` already runs 21.x. - **React UI tests:** `@tanstack/virtual-core` now measures the scroll viewport from `clientHeight` rather than `offsetHeight`. `happy-dom` reports 0 for it, so 28 log tests rendered no virtualized rows. They now mock `clientHeight` as well. This is a test fixture gap; there is no change to production code. Dependabot's #76395 on `main` fails the same 28 tests, so it will need the same mock. Checked locally: - `pnpm test` in `airflow-core/src/airflow/ui`: 2231 passed. - `pnpm test` in the simple auth manager UI: 1 passed on Node 22. - prek pre-commit hooks, including `ts-compile-lint-ui`: passed.
