One of the PR tool prompts says (for example): "Proceed with
AIRFLOW-AIRFLOW-XXX? [y/N]" because it used to receive just an integer ID but
now receives a string containing the full "AIRFLOW-XXX". The extra "AIRFLOW-"
is redundant.
