Support passing arbitrary environment variables to the Kubernetes Worker. 
Currently, there are only a few [hardcoded 
variables|https://github.com/apache/incubator-airflow/blob/06b62c42b0b55ea55b86b130317594738d2f36a2/airflow/contrib/kubernetes/worker_configuration.py#L80]
 in the `WorkerConfiguration`, and there's no way to set and/or pass custom 
ones.
